A panel of architects joins us to discuss the diversity obstacles they've experienced in the architecture field. We explore the specific hurdles as they pertain to impeding licensure, mentorship and professional growth. We also cover ways to overcome those obstacles, as well as action items for everyone in the field to foster a more inclusive space.
